Reshape the Approaches to Use Energy by the Construction Sector for Achieving Green Development

我国建筑部门现有发展模式粗放,能源利用效率整体偏低,引发了诸多生态环境问题。重塑建筑部门用能方式,实现建筑部门绿色发展势在必行。建筑部门重塑能源需要从引导建筑面积合理增长、推广超低能耗建筑、普及高效用能设备和系统、优化终端用能结构和升级建设运行方式五个方面着手,并配套实施能源消费总量控制、城乡规划、标准提升、技术研发推广、能耗数据平台建设、长效机制设制等方面的多项保障措施。

At present, the overall energy efficiency level of building sector in China is relatively low, and the development mode of it is not sustainable, all of which has caused a lot of ecological and environmental problems. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent for building sector to transfer its ways to use energy and realize green development. Reinventing Fire in building sector needs to guide the moderate growth of building floor area, to promote ultra-low energy buildings, to widely spread high efficient building energy equipment and systems, to optimize energy mix and to upgrade construction and operation modes. Meanwhile, it also needs to implement several supporting measures related to building energy cap control, scientific urban and rural planning, standard improvement and upgrading, technology development and promotion, energy data, and long-term effective mechanisms.
