外商投资对我国当前产业结构的形成有一定贡献。我国外商投资的产业结构特点说明,"污染避难所"假说在我国成立。在外商投资的重点产业领域制造业中,污染密集型产业又是外商投资比例较大的领域。为了改善生态环境,必须进行外商投资产业结构调整。政府在外商产业结构调整中的主导作用主要表现在加强对外商投资的产业方向的引导、完善外商直接投资的环境标准、严格外商投资产业的环境监管等方面。

Foreign investment has certain contribution to the formation of China＇s current industrial structure.The characteristics of the industrial structure of foreign investment show that the Pollution Haven hypothesis is established in china. In manufacturing industry,the key field of foreign investment,the pollution intensive industry is a large proportion of foreign investment. In order to improve the ecological environment,it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure of foreign investment. The leading role of the government in the foreign industrial structure adjustment is basically behaved in strengthening the guidance to the direction of foreign investment,perfecting the foreign direct investment environment standards,formulating environmental regulation of foreign investment industries etc.
