摘要
在对金银花研究现状和价值进行剖析的基础上,提出以大孔树脂结合蛋白纯化技术,探索分离纯化金银花中绿原酸的工艺条件,并给出了绿原酸提取工艺流程图。通过对金银花化学成分及药理价值研究的不断深入,对增加金银花的附加值,促进当地村民脱贫致富的步伐以及地方经济发展具有重要的现实意义和市场应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the present situation and the Value of honeysuckle, the technological conditions of separation and purification of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were explored by macroporous resin binding protein purification technology, and the chlorogenic acid extraction process flow chart was given. Through the deepening of the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological value of honeysuckle, it has important practical significance and market application value to increase the added value of honeysuckle, to promote the pace of local villagers" poverty alleviation and local economic development.
