我国教师职业倦怠研究:回顾与思考(2000-2014)

摘要 随着教师职业倦怠研究的深入发展,我国学者在借鉴和吸收国外研究经验和成果的基础上,不断进行新的探索并且取得了丰富的研究成果。回顾2000年至2014年我国教师职业倦怠的研究历程,发现其研究数量呈明显上升趋势,研究内容除了介绍国外最新研究成果外,注重紧贴中国的具体情况和实际需要。同时,其局限性也很明显,高质量的研究成果少,研究对象不够广,研究主要集中在实践层面,理论探索较少。 With the further development of teacher burnout researches, domestic researchers, based on the experi- ences and results abroad, have been attempting new explorations and gained new achievements gradually. The relat- ed researches from 2000 to 2014 indicate that research quantities have been significantly increasing. In addition, a- part from the introductions of current researches abroad, Chinese specific situations and real demands are taken into consideration. Meanwhile, deficiencies are obviously existing. Firstly, there are no enough high quality researches. Secondly, research subjects are too limited. Thirdly, most of the researches are practical rather than theoretical.
