摘要
戊二醛被认为是理想的生物瓣膜交联剂与消毒剂,在医疗领域有着广泛应用,而医疗器械中残留的戊二醛会对人体产生一系列毒副反应。戊二醛作为消毒剂的浓度及中和剂的选择是应用的关键和难点。针对戊二醛临床应用的特点,按照2002版《消毒技术规范》的方法,通过实验研究了不同浓度戊二醛的消毒效果,确定使用2%碱性戊二醛消毒效果最佳,并找到了戊二醛的良好的中和剂:1%甘氨酸+2%吐温80-PBS。
Glutaraldehyde is considered to be an ideal crosslinker and disinfectant, and it is widely used in the medical field. However, the residual glutaraldehyde in medical devices can cause a series of side effects. Searching out the right concentration and neutralizer of glutaraldehyde is a difficult point in application. According to the characteristics of clinical application and 2002 edition' s technical standard for disinfection, through the experiment method, study on the disinfection effect of different concentration of glutaraldehyde, we found the optimal concentration: 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde, and found a good neutralizer: 1% glycine + 2% tween 80-PBS.
