摘要
本文介绍了我国城乡公共图书馆打通服务"最后一公里"实践概况,总结其特点,分析其存在问题,探讨城乡公共图书馆开展此类服务的有效策略。通过调研城乡公共图书馆网站、微信、微博,结合文献研究,了解城乡公共图书馆打通"最后一公里"活动的形式。在调研基础之上,分析了目前城乡公共图书馆开展服务"最后一公里"活动的不足之处,并提出了注重细节服务、加强基层文化建设、改革最后一公里、致力于创新的建议,以保障活动持贯、有效开展。
This article makes an analysis on the practice situation of opening up "the Last Mile" of urban and rural public library service, summarizes the characteristics and the problems of the practice, and discusses effective strategies for carrying out such service. Through the investigation on the website, WeChat and Microblog of urban and rural public libraries, combined with literature research, we can understand the activity forms of opening up "the Last Mile". Based on above analysis, this article makes an analysis on the problems while carrying out the practice and puts forward some suggestions such as paying attention to the details of the service, strengthening the cultural construction and committing to innovation to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the practice.
