通过基本概念解析、构建关系模型和引入场理论等研究方法,系统地针对数字图书馆知识服务能力结构及其形成机制进行了探讨,同时概括了知识服务能力的影响因素。本研究是数字图书馆知识服务能力的理论研究体系补充和完善,一定程度上为数字图书馆知识服务实践奠定了理论基础。

The theory and practice of digital library knowledge service is a hot research topic in the field of Library and Information Science. In China, the theoretical research is rich, but only stay in the basic concept analysis, characteristics and operation mode analysis of the shallow level. In addition, there is little research on the formation mechanism, the hierarchical structure and the influencing factors of the knowledge service ability of the digital library. Based on above problems, this article discusses the digital library knowledge service ability structure and its formation mechanism system systematically by analyzing the basic concept, construtting relationship model and introducing the field theory. This study is the complement and perfection of the theoretical research system of digital library knowledge service capability, which lays a theoretical foundation for the practice of digital library knowledge service.
