The PC client of the earthquake early warning demonstration system is introduced including its message definition, transport protocol, software process, and technique implementation. The main techni- cal methods, principle of each part and other details of the PC client are also introduced and the source code of the related modules is provided. The introducing may improve the operation of the earthquake early warning system, offer reference for the maintenance and special research and development of other net- works.
