Study Progresses on the Pulmonary Fibrosis Promoted by Macrophages

巨噬细胞是肺组织的主要结构细胞之一,承担多种生理及病理功能。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对巨噬细胞与肺纤维化的相关性进行综述,以期为肺纤维化治疗提供新的靶点。

Macrophage is one of the major resident cells in lung tissue, which plays many physiological and patho- logical roles. In this paper, we reviewed the literature of domestic and foreign literatures, and summarized the correla- tion between macrophages and pulmonary fibrosis,in order to provide a new target for the treatment of pulmonary fi- brosis.
