摘要
目的应用正交试验法优选复方苍夷胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以方中辛夷中木兰脂素和黄芩中黄芩苷含量为考察指标,用正交试验法优选提取乙醇浓度、提取时间、药液比等提取参数。结果最佳提取工艺为:取辛夷粗粉、薄荷、金银花及连翘,加入10倍量水,浸泡12h,回流提取6h,收集挥发油和蒸馏后水溶液;药渣与苍耳子、黄芩等其余8味药用70%乙醇浸泡过夜,以浓度为70%的乙醇作为溶剂,按照药液比1∶12的体积,提取2次,每次2h,合并2次提取液与蒸馏后的水溶液。结论经优选的提取工艺合理而可行。
OBJEVTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of Fufang Cangyi Capsule with orthogonal test. METHODS Based on the contents of magnolin in Magnolia denudata Desr, and baicalin in Scutellaria ba-icalensis, the amount of ethanol, extracting time and liquid ratio were optimized by the 0rthogonal test. RESLUTS The optimum condition of Fufang Cangyi Capsule was:Xinyi crude powder, Bohe, Jinyinghua and Lianqiao soaked with 10 times amount of water for 12 h, then refluxed extraction for 6 h, the volatile oil and distilled water solution were collected. The residue and Cangerzi, Huangqin and other 8 medicines soaked with 70% ethanol overnight, then extract with times amount 70% ethanol twice, each 2h, combined the extracts and distilled water. CONCLUSION The extraction technology optimized by orthogonal test is simple and reasonable.
