摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以0.1mol·L^(-1)盐酸为溶剂,检测波长281nm。结果空白辅料无干扰;线性范围为5.726~34.356μg·m L^(-1),线性关系r=0.99999;回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.4%(n=9);8h内溶液吸光度的RSD为1.0%。结论该法专属性高,精密度好,线性范围宽,8h内溶液稳定,适合苯甲酸利扎曲普坦的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish UV method for determination of Rizatriptan Benzoate content in Rizatrip- tan Benzoate tablets. METHODS UV. with 0. 1 tool · L^-1 hydrochloric acid as solvent, examination wave length was 281nm. RESULTS The racecadotril of blank material did not appear interference; linear range was 5.726 34. 356p, g · mL^ -1, linear relation r = 0. 99999 ; returns-ratio was 100. 2%, RSD = 0. 4% ( n = 9 ). Solution within 8 hours of peak area RSD was 1.0%. CONCLUSION The method of determining the Rizatriptan Benzoate hahigh sensitivity, good precision, wide linear range and 8 hours solution stability, which is suitable for the content determina- tion of Rizatriptan Benzoate.
