摘要
目的优选猫爪草多糖提取工艺。方法采用微波-超声协同辅助提取法,考察加水倍量、超声时间、微波功率和微波时间对猫爪草多糖提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为加14倍量水,85℃超声处理30min,微波功率300W作用6min,提取2次,猫爪草多糖提取率为10.56%。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行,可用于猫爪草多糖的提取。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Polysaccharides from Ranunculi Ternati Ra- dix. METHODS The influential factors were solvent volume, ultrasonic time, microwave power and time, which car- fled by ultrasonic-microwave, RESULTS The optimum conditions of extraction were 14 volume folds of water, ultra- sonication for 30min with 85℃ followed by microwave irradiation at a power of 300W for 6min, extracted twice. The extraction rate of polysaccharides was 10. 56%. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction process is stable and fea- sible for Ranunculi Ternati Radix.
