某高碳铅锌银多金属硫化矿浮选试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究的矿石中铅品位3.72%,锌品位8.34%,银品位34.13 g/t;碳含量高达6.35%;其与铅锌共生关系密切而难以充分单体解离导致碳含量高,碳具有良好的天然可浮性和极强的吸附能力而严重影响铅、锌精矿质量并导致浮选药剂用量大、生产成本消耗高。依据矿石含量碳高、铅锌与其关系密切的特点,通过试验研究,确定了预先脱碳-铅锌优先浮选工艺流程,最终获得铅精矿品位52.14%,回收率为88.54%,伴生银的品位为368.50 g/t,回收率68.04%;锌精矿品位60.23%,回收率为90.16%的选矿指标。试验结果表明:对含碳量较高的铅锌矿石采用预先脱碳的技术措施可有效提高铅锌及伴生银的浮选综合回收指标和消除因含碳量高而带来的浮选药剂消耗量大及生产成本消耗高的问题。 The experimental study on the lead in the ore grade is 3.72%, the grade of zinc 8.34%, silver grade of 34.13 g/t; Carbon content as high as 6.35% ; Its closely associated with lead and zinc symbiosis and difficult to fully monomer dissociation resulted in high carbon content, carbon has good natural flotability and strong adsorption ability and seriously affects the quality of lead, zinc concentrate and lead to large dosage of flotation reagents, high production cost consumption. On the basis of carbon high mineral content, the characteristics of lead and zinc is closely related to its birth, through test re- search, determine the deearburization in advance - lead-zinc preferential flotation process, finally with the grade of lead concentrate 52.14%, the recovery rate is 88.54%, the grade of the associated silver is 368.50 g/t, the recovery rate of 68. 04% ; Zinc concentrate grade of 60.23% and recovery was 90.16% of the ore dressing indexes.Experimental results show that the higher carbon content of lead and zinc ore the decarburization in advance technical measures can effectively increase the lead and zinc and comprehensive recovery of associated silver flotation index and the elimination of flotation reagents consumption due to high carbon content and the big and the problem of high consumption of the production cost.
