总结了酒钢1号高炉2016年8月16日38 h长期休风后,在炉况恢复过程中,由于外围原燃料变化应对不及时,加上炉内调整相对滞后,导致鼓风动能严重不足,炉缸透气透液性显著下降,炉缸局部出现不活。炉内通过各种措施进行调整后,炉况逐步恢复正常。
This article summarizes the jisco blast furnace no. 1, August 16, 2016, 38 hours after damping down for a long time, in the restoration process of turnaee condition, because outside the original fuel change not in time, and adjust the relative lag in furnace, can lead to drum pneumatic severity shortage, a significant reduction in the hearth breathable liquid permeability, hearth local appear not to live, in furnace through a variety of measures, after adjusting for turnace condition gradually returned to normal.
