基于第三方支付平台实现学术期刊酬金发放与管理

Payment and Management of Academic Journal Remuneration by Third-party Payment Platform

采用问卷调查方式调查了50种学术期刊编辑部酬金发放过程中存在的实际问题,针对酬金发放问题,提出利用第三方支付平台实现酬金的发放和管理,并列举了详细的发放步骤。该方法误操作率低,操作简单,且不需缴纳转账服务费,对编辑工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

The state of the payment of 50 academic journals＇ remuneration was investigated through questionnaire. Aiming to solve tire practical problems, we propose a method to pay and manage the remuneration by the third-party payment platform and provide detailed step descriptions. With low disoperation, easy operation and free service charge, this method may have pratctical reference.
