新疆优质陆地棉资源农艺经济性状关联分析及遗传构成

Association Analysis of High Quality Upland Cotton Resources in Xinjiang Agricultural Economic Characters and Genetic Formation

【目的】通过本研究旨在为新疆陆地棉分子标记辅助育种提供理论依据。【方法】关联作图也称连锁不平衡(Linkage disequilibrium LD)作图,通过利用性状与标记之间的相关关系来检测并定位数量性状位点。本研究利用94个SSR标记,对64份优质陆地棉资源的基因组进行扫描。在对群体结构分析的基础上,利用TASSEL软件的GLM和MLM2种方法对16个农艺经济性状进行关联分析。【结果】(1)通过STRUCTURE群体结构分析发现这些优质陆地棉种质资源由3个亚群组成,并且这些亚群的划分与其来源地相关联,说明地理划分生态类群有其遗传基础。(2)利用NTSYS基于Nei's遗传距离聚类分析发现,64份陆地棉材料划分为3个亚群,与群体结构划分结果基本一致。【结论】对16个农艺经济性状进行两种模型的关联分析,检测到12个标记均在这两种模型中出现,其中BNL2448、BNL1404、CGR5108、JESPR158和CIR332这5个标记在2种模型中都检测到与叶枝数相关联。

[ Objective]This study could provide a theoretical basis for the molecular marker assisted breeding. [ Method] Association map- ping, also known as Linkage disequilibrium （ Linkage disequilibrium LD）, through use of the relationship between traits and markers detec- ted and located quantitative trait locis. This study scanned the genome of 64 upland cotton of high quality materials, using 94 SSR markers. On the basis of the analysis of population structure, TASSEL software had two models, GLM and MLM. which were used to carried out on the 16 agronomic and economic traits. [ Result] （i）STRUCTURE analysis showed that 64 upland cotton germaplasm resources was com- posed of three subgroups, which was associated with the place of origin, and confirmed according to the geographical division of ecological groups had its genetic basis. （ii） NTSYS based on Nei＇s genetic distance cluster analysis showed that 64 upland cotton germaplasm resources was divided into three subsets, consistent basically with structure classification results. [ Conclusion ] 12 markers were detected in the two models, which were associated with 16 agronomic and economic characters, among these markers BNL2448, BNL1404, CGRS108, JE- SPR158 and CIR332 were detected in the two models, which were associated with leaf branch number.
