摘要 【目的】探索甘薯品种对小象甲抗性的鉴定方法,并对不同甘薯品种进行抗性鉴定,为选育抗小象甲的甘薯品种提供理论依据。【方法】通过制定不同的抗性指标,在单因素变量的条件下,分别进行网室和实验室试验,对泉薯17、榕薯819、福薯604、广薯214和普薯32号5个不同甘薯品种小象甲危害情况进行调查与分析,检测不同甘薯品种对小象甲的抗性。【结果】明确了茎叶和薯块危害减退率相关抗性指标,制定了高感、感、抗、中抗、高抗5个抗性级别。甘薯品种的茎叶比薯块危害指数较轻,差异不显著。除泉薯17和广薯214外,其余品种之间危害指数差异显著。两年的危害减退率差异不大,普薯32号平均为21.17、泉薯17为38.78、广薯214为48.00、福薯604为70.91。【结论】以榕薯819为对照,普薯32表现为中抗,泉薯17和广薯214为感,福薯604为高感,该方法可对不同甘薯品种的小象甲抗性进行有效检测。 [ Objective] The aim of this study was to explore the identification methods and resistance of different sweet potato varieties to wee- vii for breeding of weevil-resistant sweet potato varieties provide theoretical basis. [ Method ] By setting different resistance indexes, under the condition of single factor variable, network room and laboratory tests were carried out respectively, investigated and analyzed the damage of weevils to five different sweet potato varieties( Rongshu819, Quanshul7, Guangshu214, Fushu6(M and PushuNo. 32) and tested the resist- ance of different sweet potato varieties. [ Result] Stems and leaves damage loss rate and storage roots damage loss rate had been clearly about resistance indexes , five resistance levels ( more sensitive, sensitive, resistance, medium resistance, greater resistance) were established. Damage indexes of vines and leaves were lighter than storage roots, the differences were not significant. Except Quanshu17 and Guang- shu214, damage indexes were significantly different between varieties. The average damage loss rate were 21.17 (PushuNo. 32), 38.78 (Quanshu17) , 48.00 (Guangshu214) and 70.91 (Fushu604) , damage loss rate of each variety weren't significant different between the two years. [ Conulusion] By comparing with Rongshu819, Fushu604 was more sensitive, PushuNo. 32 was medium resistance, Quanshul7 and Guangshu214 were sensitive. The method adopted in research which could effectively detect the resistance of different sweet potato varieties.
