摘要
目的探讨最小表观扩散系数值在鉴别诊断颈部转移性淋巴结与淋巴瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理组织学证实的10例(26个病灶)颈部淋巴瘤和18例(34个病灶)转移性淋巴结患者MRI图像,测量并比较颈部转移性淋巴结与淋巴瘤的最小ADC值。结果颈部淋巴瘤最小ADC值低于转移性淋巴结最小ADC值,分别为(0.58±0.12)×10-3mm^2/s、(0.76±0.16)×10-3mm^2/s,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论最小ADC值有助于鉴别诊断颈部转移性淋巴结与淋巴瘤。
Objective To investigate the value of the minimum ADC value in the differential diagnosis between cervical meta- static lymph node and lyrnphoma. Methods The MRI characteristics of 10 patients (26 lesions) with cervical lymphoma and 18 patients (34 lesions) of cervical metastatic lymph node with pathologically confirmed were analyzed retrospectively. In addition, the minimum ADC value of cervical metastatic lymph node and lymphoma were measured and compared. Results The minimum ADC value of lymphoma was lower than metastatic lymph nodes, respectively (0.58±0.12) × 10^-3 mm^2/s, (0.76±0.16) × 10^-3 mm^2/s, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion The minimum ADC value is helpful in differential diagnosis of cervical metastatic lymph nodes and lymphoma.
