摘要 目的磁共振全身类派特(PET)成像技术对恶性原发肿瘤及转移瘤的早期诊断临床应用价值。方法借助于高场超导MRI的高分辨率和类PET的高灵敏度,可以实现解剖结构显像和功能成像的互补。结果 56例中,类PET均清楚的显示恶性及转移瘤的早期情况及放化疗后的治疗情况。结论类PET成像技术可以实现在肿瘤患者的常规应用以及常规体检的应用,尤其对转移瘤患者的治疗过程对比评判具有很高的实用价值。 Objective To explore the early clinical application value of whole bochy MR pated (PET) imaging techniques in the diagnosis of malignant primary tumors and metastases. Methods With the aid of high field superconducting MRI and high sensitivity of PET, the complementary of anatomical imaging and functional imaging can be achieved. Results In 56 cases, the PET was clearly displayed in the early stage of malignant and metastatic tumors and the treatment of the patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion PET imaging technology can be applied to the routine application of tumor patients and the application of routine medical examination, especially for the treatment of patients with metastatic tumor.
