CT及MRI在小肠炎性病变诊断进展

Advances of CT and MRI in diagnosis of inflammatory small bowel disease

小肠走形弯曲,互相重叠,小肠疾病起病隐匿,临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断困难。目前影像学技术运用口服大剂量2.5%甘露醇行螺旋CT小肠造影(spiral CT enterography,SCTE)及MR小肠造影(magnetic resonance imaging enterography,MRE),能使小肠充盈良好,对炎性病变的显示、衬托满意,与临床诊断符合率较传统CT及MRI高。SCTE及MRE是一种简便、安全、非侵袭性,有效评价小肠炎性病变的方法,能明显提高炎症的检出率。

As the curved course and overlapped canal of the small intestine, the onset of small bowel inflammatory diseases was usuallY insidious. Clinical manifestations were lack of specificity, so it is difficult to make clinical diagnosis. Spiral CT enter- ography （SCTE） and magnetic resonance imaging enterography （MRE） with orally administered mannitol （2.5%） , as new ima- ging technologies, can receive satisfactory, resulting in filling small intestinal and in demonstrating the bowel inflammatory disea- ses as negative contrast. The clinical diagnostic coincidence of SCTE and MRE is higher than by conventional CT and MRI. SCTE and MRE with mannitol as negative contrast for distending the small bowel is a simple, rapid, safe, noninvasive, and effective method for evaluating small bowel inflammatory diseases, which obviously increases the detectability of small bowel inflammatory diseases.
