我国体育院校艺术类专业建设的困境与出路

On the Problems Existed in Art Major Construction in Sport Colleges and the Way Out

我国体育院校开设艺术类专业是社会需求原动力的产物,是教育、体育、艺术大繁荣的结晶。大环境发展为体育艺术活动带来更多机会和可能,同时迫切需要质素高、技能强的体育艺术专门人才。应运而生的体育艺术类专业始于21世纪初,经历了15年的快速发展,规模、成效初见。时至高等教育从规模化向注重质量发展的今日,围绕体育艺术类专业建设的问题逐步突显,专业建设面临一系列困境,究其成因主要有:体育艺术概念及专业内涵审视不清,未形成核心概念体系,学科专业定位摇摆不清、专业目录不明,高校缺乏招生话语权,以及融合型师资缺乏等。破解专业建设的难题,走出困境,首先必须理清思路,"由内而外",重新审视体育艺术内涵,明确体育艺术是以艺术学科为基础,体育学科为依托的新兴交叉学科;自上而下,行政主管部门为其正名,争取在艺术学门类下设体育艺术一级学科,摆正体育院校开设艺术类专业的位置;同时,创设交流平台、培育融合型人才;转换思维,重技术技能亦重艺术素养,互碰、互融、互补,多渠道培养具有体育艺术特色的专业型人才。

The setup of art major in Chinese sport colleges was the result of meeting the social demandand of the booming of education, physical education and art. While more opportunities were offered to sports art activities, more talents of sports art with good quality and excellent skills were needed. Sports art major thus came as demanded from the beginning of 21stcentury,and it has been now marked some progress after 15 yearsrapiddevelopment. With nowadays high education paying more attention to the quality improvement than to the scale expansion tion has been gradually highlighted. Its courses were as follows：obscure of its , more problems of sports art major construc- concept and intension, absence of system of core concepts, uncertain of major identity, unclear of major catalogue, lack of decision-making right in college enrollment, and shortage of faculties with cross-over knowledge and skills, and etc. In order to solve the problems existed in major construction, some advices were put forward in this paper：firstly, minds should be cleared from inside to outside, including re- thinking the intension of sports art, and confirming sports art major as a new cross-over major which is based on art major and rely on physical education major;secondly, minds should be cleared from the top to the bottom, including confirming its identity by administrative department, and setting up the first level discipline of sports art under the discipline catalogue of Art in order to locate art major in sports colleges right ; thirdly, communication forum should be build up and integrative talents should be cultivated ;lastly, thinking modes should be transformed to pay equal stress on skills and art cultivation, and to cultivate professional talents with the specialty of sports art by severalchannels.
