摘要
通过对原有膜法除硝装置的工艺控制过程、安全保护装置、膜处理运行参数、高压泵联锁等生产工艺环节进行技术改进,使运行过程更加优化,提高设备生产率及利用率,有效减少操作人员配置,延长了膜装置的使用寿命。
Such as the technology, the process control of original membrane, the safety protection devices, the parameters of membrane processing and high-pressure pump production have be improved.Using the optimal control scheme,the system could arrive to high efficiency and quick control effect. The membrane method was more economic.
