摘要 航空发动机主轴轴承是航空发动机的重要部件之一,在高转速、高负荷、高温的条件下工作,其可靠性及寿命直接影响发动机、飞机能否安全使用乃至飞行员的生命安全。某航空发动机主轴轴承在工厂试车后多次出现麻点、压伤超标等早期故障,已经成为制约该型发动机科研生产任务完成的关键因素,因此,有必要对该轴承典型故障进行深入分析。针对某军用涡扇发动机No.3支点轴承滑蹭故障,从轴承的工作机理出发,结合故障统计及对比测量等分析工作,深入分析了主轴轴承的故障原因,确定了排故措施,不仅提高了发动机工作的可靠性及寿命,并且对新型轴承的研制也具有一定指导意义。 The aircraft engine spindle bearing is one of the important parts of the aircraft engine. In the condition of high speed, high load, and high temperature, their health status can directly affect the aircraft engine, aircraft use safety and aircraft pilot life safety. The initial failure, such as pits and bruise exceed standard, is of frequent occurrence after trial run in the factory. It has become the key factor that restricts this type of aircraft engine research and production task..Therefore, it is necessary to analyze thoroughly the typical faults of aircraft engine spindle bearing. This article aims at the problem of the military turbofan engine three-fulcrum bearing skidding damage fault, and analyses the reason of bearing failure based on working principle of bearing, fault statistics and comparison measurement. Effective measures are taken for troubleshooting. It not only improves the reliability and life of the aircraft engine, but also has certain guiding significance to the development of the novel bearing.
