摘要
某圆锥滚子轴承用于某种货运汽车的轮毂上,运行40km后,出现轴承抱死、主轴退火、滚子和套圈变色破损等现象。经过故障特征、金相组织分析发现,轴承在使用过程中由于安装不当导致轴承失效。
A tapered roller bearing is applied on wheel hubs of some freight trucks.Failure appears with bearing locked,wheel shaftannealed,rings and rollers discolored and damaged after running for 40 kilomiles.Through observational check and microstructure analysis on failure parts,it is found that the failure reasons are the bearing improperly mounting in use.
