摘要
轮毂是连接车轮和车轴的部分,是轮胎和车轴之间承受负荷的旋转组件,担负着承载车重、传递动力、轮胎散热等功能,而且作为一个旋转运动部件,轮毂在具有一定的刚度前提下,必须符合轻质、耐疲劳、动平衡等条件。轮毂加载试验机通过对轮毂内部轴承的轴向双向加载和径向单向加载,模拟轮毂在工作中的实际工况,并且对试验轴承温度、加速度、转速、时间等数据进行自动测量、记录及处理。
