With the development of China＇s economic and social progress, the rapid growth of medtcal demand and the contradiction of supply of medical personnel and medical services relatively insuffi- cient become more intense. The causes include medical education and humanistic education, unbal- anced economic development, institutional arrangements for various reasons, such as; China＇s health reform is gradually into the deep water area, health care reform need to seek breakthrough level from several aspects.
