摘要
共情是医患沟通的重要途径、医学人文精神的体现,也是医务人员必须具备的职业素养。对满足患者需求、改善医患关系和调节医务人员心理健康水平都具有重要作用,因此探讨了共情能力培育的多种途径,以期切实提高医学生的共情能力,为将来的医学职业生涯奠定良好的基础。
Empathy is an important way of the fulfillment of doctor-patient communication, the em bodiment of medical humanistic spirit, and also one of the key professional qualities of the clinical medical professional. It plays an important role to meet the patients' needs, to improve the doctor pa- tient relationship and the mental health level of medical staff. Therefore, a variety of approaches that cultivating empathy ability were conducted, in order to promote the empathy abilities of medical students, and lay a good foundation for the future medical career.
