精准医学时代背景下转化医学教育模式在肿瘤学研究生培养中的应用

现代生物医学技术的进步使恶性肿瘤的诊疗已进入"精准医学"时代。在新时代背景下基础研究与临床实践的联系更为紧密,这对未来肿瘤学的发展带来了新的挑战和机遇。肿瘤学研究生作为未来肿瘤研究领域的新生力量,以转化医学理念来指导肿瘤学研究生教育,对我国临床-科研复合型肿瘤学人才的培养、肿瘤学事业的进步具有远大的战略意义。用转化医学理念塑造肿瘤学研究生的综合素质是庞大的系统工程,任重而道远,不仅需要调整肿瘤学研究生课程设置、加强其在临床中发现问题的能力、树立创新意识、重视团队协作与共进,还需要优化研究资源的合理配置。总之,只有时刻具备着转化医学的意识,鼓励肿瘤学研究生将基础研究和临床实践双向交叉与渗透,才能更好的适应未来肿瘤学发展的需要。

With the advance of modern biomedical technology, the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor has gone into the era of ＂precision medicine＂. Under the background of the new era, the close association between basic research and clinical practice bring new challenges and opportunities for the development of oncology in the future. Oncology graduate students as a new force in the future re- search field of cancer, training of them with pattern of translational medicine have great strategic sig- nificance for the cultivation of mixed mode oncology talents and oncology career progress. Cultivation of graduate student＇s comprehensive quality with the pattern of translational medicine is a huge sys- tem engineering. It is a long way to reached, the following several aspects are highly needed for us： adjusting the curriculum of oncology graduate student; to strengthen their ability to find problems in clinical; set up the innovation consciousness; attaching great importance to the team cooperation; and optimizing research resources configuration. In summary, only be equipped with the consciousness of translational medicine and encourage oncology postgraduates to developing interdisciplinary research of the basic and clinical medicine, can we meet the needs of the development of the oncology in the future？
