小儿外科研究生临床培养初探

On Clinical Training of Pediatric Surgical Postgraduates

招收小儿外科研究生为加强较高素质和较高层次小儿外科专门人才培养提供了重要途径。但与成人外科比较,小儿外科疾病谱广,某些发病临床表现、治疗以及预后迥异、亚专业程度不高,如何把握其培养特点,培养较高素质和较高层次小儿外科专门医生仍是亟待解决的问题。小儿外科研究生目前的培养过程尚存在"基础欠扎实、临床不深入、管理需加强"等问题。在近几年的培养过程中我们针对性地改进上述不足,坚持"重视基础、突出临床、综合管理"的原则,把握小儿外科培养特点,细化日常培养要求,提高认识并积极探索,期望小儿外科研究生夯实临床理论基础,熟练掌握基本操作技能,落实医学院、导师以及科室综合管理,鼓励研究生充分发挥自身主观能动性,重视临床学习,在临床中发现问题和不足,复习专业教科书和查阅文献后提出诊疗方案,再结合临床实际,为小儿外科研究生临床培养、提高小儿外科研究生培养质量奠定扎实的基础。

Recruiting pediatric surgical graduates provides an important way to high quality and level of pediatric surgical personnel training. However, the spectrum, some clinical manifestations, treat ment and prognosis of pediatric disease are different to those of adult disease. Another, professional level of pediatric surgery is not as high as adult surgery. Therefore, how to grasp the characteristics of training, training of high quality and high level of pediatric surgery specialist remains to be solved. In recent years, we summarized the practice and exploration of pediatric surgery and found that there were still some problems such as less solid foundation, not in-depth clinical, need to strengthen man- agement. Therefore, in the process of training in our recent teach, we adhered to the principle of out- standing clinical value foundation and comprehensive management, grasp the characteristics of pediatric sur- gery training, actively explore the expectations of pediatric surgical postgraduates and optimize the compre- hensive management to encourage pediatric graduates to give full play to their initiative, pay attention to clini- cal study, find the problems and deficiencies in clinical practice and literature review of professional textbooks after the treatment, combined with clinical practice, for pediatric surgery postgraduate clinical training, improve training lay a solid based on the quality of life of pediatric surgery.
