临床科研一体化的分层渐进式教学模式在中医传染病人才培养中的探索与思考 被引量:6

摘要 目的在中医传染病的临床教学中,对医学生进行科研思路的培养,形成科研与临床相互融合的教学理念。方法深入分析中医传染病的特点,将培养对象划分为不同层次,在临床教学过程中,结合科研思路,对医学生进行分层式、渐进式教学。结果树立了医学生实事求是的工作态度、增强了主动学习的积极性与能动性、培养了学生的独立思考与实践能力。结论这种科研与临床相互融合的教学理念可以更大程度地提升医学生的科研主动性与临床实践能力,有助于提升医学生在实际工作中的动手能力,为其成长为复合型人才奠定基础。 Objective To form the integration model between research and clinical teaching in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) lemology course. Methods In the process of teaching, we analyzed the char- acteristics of the TCM lemology, then divided medical students into different levels, educated them according to stratified and progressive teaching methods. Results From this teaching model, we can set up the medical students' practical and realistic ability, enhance their learning attitude, and culti- vate their ability of independent thinking and practice. Conclusion The mutual fusion of scientific re- search and clinical teaching can be more initiative to improve medical students' scientific research and clinical practice ability, to enhance students' skills in practical work, and lay a good foundation for their growth to be inter-disciplinary talents in future.
