核主泵屏蔽电机推力轴承套筒密封环数值分析与优化

摘要 基于标准k-ε湍流模型和Navier-Stokes方程对核主泵屏蔽电机下飞轮区域进行数值模拟,研究了两种推力轴承套筒密封环结构的瞬态流动特征,得到速度、损耗以及压力脉动等结果。计算表明,新密封结构可以有效的改善冷却水流动,减少压力脉动影响。为核电站主泵电机推力轴承套筒设计和优化提供了有益的参考。 Based on standard k-ε turbulence model and Navier-Stokes equation, the below flywheel area of canned motor of nuclear reactor coolant pump was numerically simulated. This paper researches transient flow characteristics of two sealing ring structures of thrust bearing sleeve, and obtains the results of velocity, losses and pressure pulse. The calculation results show that the new sealing structure can effectively improve the flow of cooling water and reduce the influence of pressure pulse. This paper provides useful references for design and optimization of thrust bearing sleeve of reactor coolant pump motor of nuclear power station.
