摘要
结合某2p电动机在用户现场的振动数据,通过频谱分析,经过现场动平衡,结合拆机检查情况判断该电动机滑动轴承出现的故障及其原因,经过拆机检查判断了故障原因并进行处理,提出了解决方案。
Combining with vibration data of a 2P motor obtained in user's site and disassembly inspection situation, sliding bearing fault and occurrence causes of the dynamically-balanced motor are judged by spectrum analysis, and the solutions are found out. After disassembly inspection, the fault cause is determined and dealt with.
