芍药苷与脑胶质瘤细胞中18KDa转位蛋白(TSPO)亲合力的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨芍药苷对脑胶质瘤细胞的靶向作用。方法通过竞争性配体结合试验,研究芍药苷与脑胶质瘤细胞的TSPO的亲和力。结果与阳性药TPSO特异性配体PK11195对比,Ki(P>0.05)和IC50(P>0.05)无显著性差异,提示芍药苷与TSPO有高亲合力。结论芍药苷对脑胶质瘤细胞具有较强的靶向性。本发现为我们今后进一步探讨芍药苷抗胶质瘤的研究提供重要参考,具有重要的指导价值。 Objective To investigate the targeting effect of paeoniflorin on glioma cells. Methods The affinity of paeoniflorin and TSPO in glioma cells was studied by competitive ligand binding assay. Results showed that paeoniflorin had high affinity with TSPO. Conclusion Paeoniflorin has a strong target for glioma cells. This study provides an important reference for the further study of paeoniflorin glioma in the future,and has important guiding value.
