二异丁基甲酮+1,2-丁二醇二元体系汽液平衡的测定与关联

摘要 利用改进后的汽液相双循环平衡装置(ZPH-1型)分别测定了10,30,50kPa压力下的二异丁基甲酮+1,2-丁二醇二元物系的等压汽液平衡数据。结果表明二异丁基甲酮+1,2-丁二醇二元物系存在共沸点。用Herrington面积检验法对平衡数据进行了热力学一致性检验,分别采用Wilson,NRTL和UNIQUAC活度系数模型对实验数据进行关联,理论值与实验结果基本一致。 Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibria (VLE) data was measured by a modified ZPH-1 still for (Diisobu- tyl ketone + 1,2-Butanediol) at P = (10, 20 or 50) kPa. Azeotropic point was observed for the system (Di- isobutyl ketone + 1,2-Butanediol). The thermodynamic consistency test was carried out with the Herrington area method. The obtained experimental data was correlated by the Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC activity-coefficient models. The theoretical values are in agreement with the experimental results.
