增强型体外反搏治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical research of enhanced external counterpulsation in the elder patients with chronic congestive heart failure

目的研究增强型体外反搏治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择2015年8月~2016年8月于我院接受治疗的60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予体外反搏技术治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的6min步行距离、LVEF值、脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)等指标。结果治疗前,两组患者的6min步行距离、LVEF值、NT-proBNP指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的6min步行距离、LVEF值均显著高于对照组,NT-proBNP指标明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外反搏技术治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的左心室收缩功能,提高患者的生活质量,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation（EECP）in the eider patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated by conventional drugs and patients in study group were treated by conventional drugs combined with EECP. The 6 min walking test,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor（NT-proBNP）before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results The BNP,distance of 6 minutes walking, and LVEF values before treatment in two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the distance of 6 rain walking and LVEF values in study group were significantly higher than that in control group;The BNP in study group was evidently lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions EECP has significant treatment effect on chronic congestive heart failure, which can effectively increase the LVEF,improve the quality of life and is worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
