间充质干细胞治疗代谢综合征的机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一种以胰岛素抵抗和肥胖为主要病理生理基础的代谢紊乱综合征,目前的治疗并不能从根本上改善。间充质干细胞是一种具有极强自我复制能力和多向分化潜能的成纤维基质细胞,基于其分泌效应、免疫调节功能、直接参与损伤修复等多种作用机制,已被广泛应用于糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化等疾病治疗的研究。随着对代谢综合征发病机制以及间充质干细胞移植在胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢紊乱、心血管病及肾病中作用机制的研究,相信间充质干细胞移植可以成为一种治疗代谢综合征的新手段。 Obesity and insulin resistance are the major mechanisms of the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome, which can not be cured by current treatments. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are of fibroblast- like stromal cells, which have strong self-renewal and multipotent differentiation capacities. Based on its function of secretion, immune regulation and damage repair, MSCs have been widely applied to the research on treatment of various diseases, such as diabetes and coronary atherosclerosis. With increasing researches on molecular mechanisms of MSCs transplantation on insulin resistance, glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, cardiovascular disease and kidney disease, we believe that mesenchymal stem cells transplant may become a new method for the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
