性别对偏头痛影响综述

Advances in gender differences of migraine

偏头痛是一种常见病,女性偏头痛的发病率和患病率都明显高于男性。但在偏头痛的基础研究及临床治疗上,性别的影响却常被忽略。本文回顾了偏头痛的流行病学、动物实验、神经影像、临床等领域的性别差异研究,以期为后续的研究提供帮助。

Though migraine is a common disease and its incidence and prevalence in female are higher than those in male, the gender differences in the basic research and clinical treatment are often ignored. In this paper, we review the epidemiology, animal experiments, neuroimaging and clinical research in gender differences of migraine to provide evidences for the future researches.
