"精准资助"是国家"精准扶贫"战略的延伸,高校要做好资助工作,必须在精准理念的指导下,以做好精准认定为前提,以丰富资助形式为方法,以深化育人功能为目标,以法制理念和责任追究制为保障。

＂ Precise Subsidizing＂ is an extension of the national strategy of ＂precise poverty alleviation＂. Under the guidance of accurate concept, colleges and universities should make the accurate identification as the premise, enriching the form of subsidy as the method and deepening the function of educating people as the goal. The concept of legal system and accountability system are the gurantee for the fruitfulness of the precise subsidizing.
