摘要
为了用较低的费用检验机载预警雷达转台的疲劳寿命,需要设计与转台几何相似、体积较小、成本较低的物理模型,用物理模型代替原型进行疲劳寿命试验;分析了转台的受力和失效机理,建立了转台疲劳寿命相似物理模型的设计准则、外载荷施加准则,研究了相似物理模型设计准则、外载荷施加准则之间的相容性,解决了相似物理模型设计、外载荷施加之间的矛盾,建立了机载预警雷达的转台疲劳寿命相似物理模型的设计方法。
In order to examine the fatigue life of turn plate in aerial precaution radar in lower consumption, the turn plate model of geometric similarity, small cubic and lower consumption need to be designed. This model will be used in fatigue life tested in stand of prototype. The forces and failure mechanism of turn plate are analyzed. The designing criterion of fatigue life similarity physical model and acting forces criterion are established. The compatibility between designing criterions of fatigue life similarity physical model and acting forces criterion is researched. The conflict between designing criterions of similarity physical model and acting forces criterion is resolved. The designing method about fatigue life similarity physical model of turn plate in aerial precaution radar is established.
