摘要
以探空火箭箭头为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对结构的模态及随机振动响应进行仿真分析,得到箭头的模态、随机振动响应谱、加速度均方根值、应力云图等,并与试验结果进行了对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性。仿真分析方法弥补了箭头随机振动试验手段的不足,得到更多的随机振动响应数据,并对箭头应力、变形、设备安装结构振动响应、测点位置影响等进行了分析,对箭头动态强度设计、设备与箭头振动试验方案设计等均有参考意义。
Using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the model analysis and random vibration responses analysis based on sounding rocket warhead were carried out. The simulation results of the mode, the random vibration response spectrum, the root mean square value of acceleration and the stress nephogram were obtained. The conclusions drawn from the simulations agreed well with the experimental results, and verified the correctness of the simulation method. The simulation method overcomes the shortcoming of random vibration test methods of the warhead, obtaining more random vibration response data. The stress and deformation of sounding rocket warhead, the vibration response of equipment installation structure and the influence of the measuring points were analyzed, having a certain reference value to dynamic strength design, vibration test design of warhead and equipment.
