摘要
运用访谈法、问卷调查法等,对2016环浙江自行车公开赛参赛者的性别、收入、学历、职业等基本特征、参赛者参与赛事的情况和各类服务进行调查,探讨环浙江自行车公开赛参赛者基本情况、满意度及发展对策。研究认为,未来环浙江自行车公开赛要加强赛事宣传,形成品牌效应,细化赛事服务,提高参赛体验,赛事结合旅游,促进浙江旅游事业的发展。
With the research methods of interview and questionnaire investigation, information of gender, income, school- ing and profession of the participants and competition services of 2016 Zhejiang Bicycle Open Tournament has been collect- ed. The paper discusses the basic situation and satisfactory degree of the participants and the development strategy. The paper proposes that in the future, Zhejiang Bicycle Open Tournament should improve competition publicity and create brand effect, improve competition services and enhance the competition experience. The competition should be combined with tourism so as to improve the development of Zhejiang tourism.
