摘要
在新的经济形势下,为了构建安全环保的能源体系,湖北省贯彻落实电能替代战略方针,将终端能源消费方式从燃煤燃油向电能转换,实现"以电代油,以电代煤"。为了更好地推进电能替代技术的发展,调研了湖北省电力市场,分析了影响电能消耗的因素。
The strategies of electric power replacement were carried out under the new economic situation in Hubei province in order to build safe and clean energy system. Consumption patterns of the end-use energy consumption were converted from coal fuel to electric energy to achieve ＂replacing oil by electricity, using electricity instead of coal＂. In order to promote the development of electrical energy alternative technologies, this paper aimed to research the electricity market in Hubei province, and analyzed the factors affecting electric consumption.
