摘要
针对采煤机摇臂壳体在采掘工作中出现的各种问题进行原因分析,通过Solid Works建立采煤机摇臂壳体的模型,利用Solid Works中插件simulation对模型进行力学分析,校核壳体的设计合理性,从而达到对产品的优化设计。
This paper analyzed the causes of various problems in the shell of rocker arm of coal cutter during coal extraction. By establishing the shell of rocker arm of coal cutter, this paper carried out mechanics analysis on the model by using the plug-in simulation of Solid Works to check the rationality of the shell's design and achieve the optimization of the design.
