规范化实习管理对培养合格护生的对比研究

Comparative Research of a Standardized Management System of Clinical Nursing Practice.

目的对比分析规范化实习带教对培养合格护生的作用。方法2009年度实习护生采取常规的临床带教方法，2010年度实习护生采取规范化实习管理，对比分析两组实习护生满意度、实习护生对教学质量的评价、实习护生出科考试成绩、实习护生护士资格证考试通过率以及实习护生实习期间违纪率。结果规范化实习管理前后，实习护生各项指标均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论规范化实习管理对培养合格的实习护生起着重要作用。

Objective To study the function of the standardized management train qualified nurses. Method In 2009, the control group was taught by conventio sys nal tem of clinical nursing practice to clinical method. In 2010, on the experimental group researchers carried out the standardized management of clinical nursing practice. The researchers comparatively studied objects＇ satisfaction and effect evaluation, exam results, pass rate of the nurse qualification cer- tificate and the defaulter rate. Result All the targets were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Imple- mentation of the standardized management system for clinical nursing practice is very important to provide the refer- ences for the training of qualified nurses
