后现代视域中德育生态环境的优化

后现代背景下,德育在青年发展中具有不可或缺的重要作用。要提升德育的实效,就必须与时俱进不断优化德育工作的生态环境,重视改进德育系统的整体功能。既要发挥教育者的主导作用和青年的主体作用,实现"主导——主体"之间积极互动,优化德育授受生态环境;也要以家庭环境为基础平台,以学校环境为内化前沿,以社会环境为外化阵地,实现"家庭——学校——社会"之间联动协作,优化德育实践生态环境;还要以青年个体健康成长为立足点,实现"身体——心理"之间调适和谐,优化德育心理生态环境;同时还要重视虚实结合的德育拓展空间,实现"虚拟——现实"之间协调一致,优化德育网络生态环境。

Under the context of postmodernism, moral education still plays indispensable role in youth development. Furthermore, the promotion of its efficacy and efficiency greatly lies upon the optimization of its ecological environment with keeping pace with the times and the improvement of the overall functions in moral education system. To be specific, educators should be fully tapped for their leading roles and youth as main target, to promote interaction between the leading roles and main targets and also to optimize moral education for better teaching and learning; Based on the family as basics, schools as catalyzer and society as training field, coordination between them should also be created to optimize moral education for better practices; The healthy growth of youth is supposed to be set as standing point to realize harmony between their body and mind and optimize moral education for better pyschological mindset. At the same time, moral education with combination of virtual and real lives should be stressed to reach consistency between virtuality and reality and optimize moral education under internet influence.
