当前班级文化对学生社会化的负效应分析——基于社会学视角

An Analysis of Negative Effect of Current Class Culture to Students' Socialization——From the Perspective of Sociology

班级是促进学生实现个体社会化的最重要的社会单位,班级文化是其中教育者所借助的重要载体。当前班级文化中对物质文化的狭隘理解、对制度文化的过度强化和观念文化的功利化,都对学生的社会化造成了诸多阻碍。由此,需要教师提升文化自觉,改变班级的组织与管理,改变功利化的过度竞争观念,以消弭负效应,促进学生社会化发展。

Class is a very important social unit for students to realize their individual socialization and class culture is the carrier the educators depend on.In current class culture ,narrow understanding of material culture ,too much reinforce to institutional culture and utilitarianism of ideational culture has hindered the realization of students＂ socialization.Therefore,it is a must to enhance the teacher＇s cultural awareness,improve class organization and management ,and change the over-competitive utilitarian concept ,so as to avert negative effect and promote students＂ social development.
