摘要
在自编选课偏好量表的基础上,通过探索性因子分析发现,当今大学生选课偏好结构稳定性不足,不少偏好交叉渗透在一起,没有出现独立、明显的兴趣偏好;庸俗主义偏好虽然能够独立出来,但其强度与实用主义难分伯仲甚至还小一些;而且在性别、年级、专业上有显著差异。这与社会的异常复杂、急剧变化有关。作为新兴应用性学科,公共管理学科应该根据当今大学生选课偏好特点、自身学科特征来设计选修课,并深入改革教学方法,矫正大学生一些不好的选课偏好。
According to the preference scale of university students' courses selection edited by ourselves, and through the exploratory factor analysis, we found that the preference structure of courses selection is not enough stable in today's university students. For example, much preferences contains each other, no independent and obvious interest preference, the strength of Vulgarism is nearly equal to pragmatismt strength although Vulgarism is independent, and the preferences difference on gender, grade, and major is significant. This is associated with the complicated and drastically changing society. Public administration's selective courses should be designed according to the course selection preferences in today's university students, and its own academic features. Reform teaching methods, and correct some bad courses selection preference in todayls university students.
