库存管理是物流管理和供应链管理的重要环节,高水平的库存管理有利于提高企业的竞争力。以X家电企业为研究对象,首先对X家电企业的产品进行ABC分类管理,然后再通过层次分析法(AHP)对ABC分类法进行改进,进一步优化库存管理。改进后的方法考虑了多方面综合因素,使库存分类管理更具科学性、合理性。

Inventory management is an important part of logistics management and supply chain management, which can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Taking X Household Electrical Appliance Company as the research object, first of all, this paper uses ABC classification method to Company, and then uses AHP-improved ABC classification classify the products of X Household Electrical Appliance method to further optimize inventory management. The improved method considers various factors, which makes the inventory management be more scientific and reasonable.
