基于CIPP评价模式的高职院校顶岗实习质量管理探索

Exploration on Quality Management of Six-month Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on CIPP Evaluation Model

顶岗实习作为高职实践教学的重要环节,对职业教育人才培养至关重要。从当前高职教育实践看,质量管理缺位成为影响顶岗实习实效的关键因素。文章借鉴CIPP评价模式,对高职顶岗实习质量管理进行审视与思考,探索基于CIPP评价模式的顶岗实习质量管理实施策略。

The six-month internship as an important part of practical teaching in higher vocational education is very important to the training of vocational talents. From the current practice of higher vocational education, the absence of quality management has become a key factor affecting the effectiveness of the internship. This paper references CIPP evaluation model to review the quality management of the six-month internship, and then explores new implementing tactics of quality management of the internship.
