中高职衔接一体化的实训基地建设探讨

On the Construction of Integrated Practical Training Center for the Secondary-Higher Vocational Education Program

中高职衔接一体化办学是适应我国经济社会发展的现实需要,也是建立中国现代职业教育体系的必然要求。中高职衔接一体化发展的过程中,职业院校的实训基地建设较为落后,影响了我国职业教育教学质量,亟需加以研究解决。文章从论述当前中高职衔接一体化的实训基地建设的现状入手,阐述了实训基地建设应当遵循的基本原则,并提出了建立实训基地项目建设甄选机制、完善合作运行机制和实施双重目标、实行实习实训分类教学管理模式以及建立与效益挂钩的绩效考核机制等方面的建设策略。

The integration of secondary and higher vocational education program is the requirements of the development of both China＇s economy and society and China＇s modern vocational education system. During the course of integration, the practical training center construction is far from efficient, affecting the quality of vocational teaching. In order to solve the problem, this paper examines the current situation of integrated practical training center construction for the secondary- higher vocational education program, elaborates the basic principles for the construction, and proposes construction strategies in several aspects, including the construction project selection mechanism, the cooperative and operational mechanism, the classified practicum teaching management model, and the cost-effective assessment mechanism.
